Avoid frames and flash based site

Using frames to design your pages is using in not a good idea when it comes to search engine optimization because frames will hide the website's contents from Google. The same goes for flash-based websites.

Google relies on your web site's contents to determine its relevance and if Google can't see those contents, it will have a hard time indexing your site.
